In order to be considered for a role, we therefore request that if you are happy for us to process your personal data, you reply by post or email with the following statement: “I have read and understand LumOptica Limited’s Privacy Notice and I am happy for LumOptica Limited to process my personal information”. Without your consent, we will not be able to consider you for employment and will destroy any personal information you have already sent us.

How we will use Information Provided by You
The information you have provided will be used solely by LumOptica Limited and will be used to check your identity and to assess your suitability for employment with us. It will not be shared with, or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law. All information you provide will be held electronically by LumOptica Limited for the purposes of possible future recruitment for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of receipt, at which point, it will be destroyed.
